The following equipment was purchased from Sharps AV in January of 2007. Most of the equipment is mounted in a movable rack unit in the PIMS server room WMAX-108. The cameras, projector and crestron wallpanel are mounted in the large conference room at PIMS, WMAX-110.
The current plan is to move the rack to the library at PIMS along with the cameras. Two large plasma screen units will replace the blackboards currently in that room. (At least) one of the plasma screens will function as a smartboard, and the following parts will be replaced or purchased
In addition to this, the crestron control panel will have to be reprogrammed to take the new configuration into account.
